The 20% VAT included in our website prices will be refunded to non UK customers  within 1 working day of payment
Please note that you may be subject to import taxes in your own country.
This also aplies to orders from customers in the USA of value under $100.

Please note that due to recent changes of policy of the US government, we are now required to prepay import duty on any orders of value $100 or more ($100 = approx £80 but is dependant on the current exchange rate). 
The duty rate  is typically 10% for fixing kits and 20% for bearings. These fees will be deducted from the VAT value deduction and you will refunded the balance (the duty will never be more than the UK VAT value).
This does mean though that you should not be charged import duties on receipt, and transit through US customs should be quicker. Please contact us by e mail if you would like us to calculate the net value before placing an order.

However some customers prefer the silver colour of zinc plated nuts.
If you would prefer zinc plated nuts with your kit, please just mention it on the comments page of the order page and we will supply these instead of black at no extra cost.
